What kind of uptime can I expect from Dexterity Designs hosting services?
Our infrastructure consists of a dual redundant load balanced dedicated website servers.  In addition, our VPS (Virtual Private Server) and Dedicated server options are tailored to the customer’s request using hardware that meets or exceeds customer expectations and requirements.  We also are glad to provide a 99.99% Uptime on our website servers and on the hardware uptime of any VPS and dedicated servers.
I need a website built and ready within the next week, can you accommodate my request?
We would be glad to and ready to try and accomplish your project in as little time possible while still providing a professional output.  We will work with you to ensure the project or task is logistically possible to be completed within the requested time frame and if agreed upon we will work to complete your request on or before the agreed upon timeframe.
Can you assist me with ongoing projects?
We are glad to work with customers to continue ongoing and currently established projects, we will work to assure that we meet your request requirements and accomplish the outcome you expect.  As we are unable to gauge the nature of all unique requests please contact our support team to find out if we are able to assist in your ongoing projects.
Do you do training sessions for customers?
Yes! We just recently started offering custom training sessions for customers to train them or their employees on the latest industry standards when it comes to the IT industry.  We are glad to assist in Office 365 and Google App migrations and various other cloud based services.  We can setup individual classes or ongoing sessions for new users and advanced training.  Simply contact our support team to learn more about our training services!
